Will you help us set it up?

Of course! Enquiry mate comes delivered as a fully supported project package, so you don't have to be a computer expert to make it happen in your business.

A typical implementation support package might include:

  • On-site installation support
  • Assistance in configuring the package for your business
  • Up to 4 hours consulting work to convert your existing data
  • Up to 2 full days of staff training

We provide unlimited support by phone or on-line meeting as long as the license is current.

Is the product regularly updated?

The annual license renewal fee funds our support commitment and product development. New features are constantly driven by client requests and needs, the AQTF standards, the requirements of funding bodies, and by non-training industry regulations. We plan 3-4 major releases per year, but updating to the latest version is always optional.

Our product Release Notes provide details of recent enhancements.

Can the product be customised?

Additional support services, enhancements and interfaces are available at very competitive consulting rates. If this work adds value to our core product, we may charge a reduced rate or not charge for it at all.
